This concerns a filly CIAMPINO (speedy crown - candor's lady) that Dad trained for Jim Harrison.

Dad got 1/2 of this filly for "training" her, and actually drove her on the PA Sires (fair) circuit.

Jim sold (exported) her to GERMANY at the end of her 2yr old year. She might have been exported "in foal" ? perhaps Steve Lobell ? Any info on her "breeding career in GERMANY would be interesting.

Hi Richard
The Swedish website Blodbanken has Ciampino listed:

Thank You, The US part ( HER breeding) is pretty well documented. But what did she do (produce) once she was EXPORTED to GERMANY ?
Did she produce any foals that raced ? I think she was "in foal" to Steve Lobell when she was sent to Germany ?

She had one foal in Germany in 1983 (Divonia, by Steve Lobell), nothing after that. I check some other studbooks and cannot find any other foal I fear she might have died in 83, sorry. (Her full sister La Senia did better as she's the dam of supertalented Peace on Earth who only made 15 career starts because of poor feet)

Divonia was unstarted and none of her foals did much. You can look her up at : https://www.hvtonline.de/
