WHY has INTERNATIONAL Harness Racing NOT ?
There are drugs that should NOT be permitted @ ANY level in race horses. It isn't enough that they test "just under " a +, if the intent by the trainer is to create a chemical ADVANTAGE over the other horses, drivers, trainers, and owners.
And like it or not ? that is called CHEATING !! If the horseshoe "fits" ? Wear it !
