Considering she is part American Saddlebred - that might be affecting her speed. I will stand to be corrected but it really is the standardbreds that are the best racehorses. In Europe they have cold blood trot races but American Saddlebreds are not cold blooded. I am unsure why someone would want to breed a standardbred with a saddlebred?

G'day Greg,
There seems to be an overtly high incidence of OCD's in the US for some reason. Either that or they simply x-ray them more extensively/more often & so they find them & remove them...as opposed to not doing any x-rays and the horse being sold with the OCD's in place.

Grapevine says that in the US, outside bookings to American Ideal will be difficult to come by in 2012.
