Hi Justdoit
I would love to know the stats on foals to winners for E.T bred horses, personally myself i wouldn't hesitate in buying one i don't know of any real champions but there's a few that have done an ok job.

Hi Mango,
The USTA approved the registration of ET foals effective with the crop of 1998, and since then 929 foals as of last year. 416 pacers and 513 trotters. The numbers peaked in 2004 with 135 registrations, and only 80 were recorded in 2008.
Some ET foals have enjoyed their share of success. Thirty-five ET foals have earned at least $100,000, led by two foals of 2001, millionaire-and aptly named-Invitro p,4,1:50s ($1,983,077), and the ill-fated divisional champion Forever Starlet 2,1:55.4FOREVER STARLET (m, Speedy Crown) 2, 1:55.4 ($690,717).
$750,000-winner Domitian Hanover and Shake That Junk p,3,1:52.3h ($376,773).Duca p,1:51.2f ($337,550) and Western Mac p,1:50 ($189,112)

Would be interesting to know out of those 929 foals, how many got to the races. You don't have to be a good horse to earn 100k in the US, that's for sure! But it looks like a number of top ones have come out of it, would have been interesting to know the age of their surrogates, if they were all young mares or not...
