There is a mare in NZ that looks like a budding supertar

She has speed and will be a star over here.

She is a 5yr Mare c1.

This mare has speed 3 starts back she made up 5 lengths from the 400m and they come home in 27.1, Means she has ran 25.5 last quarter off the track.

If The Slipper is by P.B and is a 5yr old mare who has won one race going 2.02.7 i'm afraid to say $50,000 is way overs, you would be best of buying Lifes Destiny for $17,000 who has had around 30sts for 6 wins and 8 places is classed as a c2 and won on thursday going 1.57 and change.

Lifes Destiny has been advertised for the last 2wks on the Trading Ring for $17,000.

Difference was that THE SLIPPER could run a 25 or 26 second quarter

So do you honestly think The Slipper is a $50,000 purchase, there's know way The Slipper is and to be $33,000 dearer than Lifes Destiny is a laugh.

1. The Slipper $50,000 and won't win her purchase price back.

2. Lifes Destiny $17,000 and will win her purchase price back.


I've seen better horse's than The Slipper for sale at half of her price. And the other thing of note is Lifes Destiny is bred well enough to be a commercial broodmare after racing so thats an added bonus.

THE SLIPPER $50000 not worth it though I was informed $23000AUD landed.

For a C1 Mare and her speed well worth it.

Lifes Destiny yes for $17000 does look on paper to be worth it especially after her last run.

Anyway case closed THE SLIPPER isnt for sale.

the difference is the slipper is a m0 class horse rated a c1, lifes destiny is a c1 class horse currently a c2

a horse like the slipper could actually be set for nicer races if purchased at a good time ie, inter city, sky sprint series, the bankstown series can't think of its name, vic pacing champs etc etc

lifes destiny last few starts were in very low grade races and beating pretty mediocre horses

Still if she is only a MO class horse how does that make her a $50,000 mare. I've looked at her races in n.z and to be honest you would be kidding yourself to say she is worth it.

Should have won 1st start though couldnt get run.

2nd start won from the death 26.5 last quarter.

Wonder how much she would be worth??

"Rangatiki Rosie" have a look at this 4yr mare

2 starts back come from well back off the track flew home last quarter 27.1

3 starts this prep for 2 placings and a 4th, 2 of the races on the grass.

Think she wouldnt be expensive and has good speed

Home in 58 on grass which is good going and a mile rate of 2.04.4 still to pricey.
