As some of you know, I bought back my colt, Dreamlover, on Mon.
He is by the French Sire Love You and from Dreamlands Nancy, a Pine Chip mare. The dams family is all US bred. It is this combination of French stallions over US mares that has proved so successful in France in recent times.
I am looking to sell shares in him. Every 5% will cost NZ$1500, valuing him at NZ$30000(which is less than what he has cost me to date as I bought him as a weanling for around 20K)
A trainer will be decided by the owners once all shares are sold, but i would imagine all 5% shares would have ongoing costs of under $100 per month.
The initial plan would be to race him in NZ, but if we thought he would be better placed coming to Aust then that is very possible.
