The Noel Taylor New Zealand Trotting Hall Of Fame presented New Zealand harness racing legend Tony Herlihy with its first ever Achievement plaque at Alexandra Park last Friday (May 27). The Hall Of Fame committee confirmed at its meeting last month that Herlihy was a more worthy recipient of its first ever presentation of such an award.
