New Zealand's Racing Integrity Unit has issued charges to licensed trainer Lance Justice alleging breaches of the Rules of Harness Racing 1004 (1) & (2). The charges relate to the presence of Dimethyl Sulphoxide (DMSO) in the post race urine sample obtained from Smoken Up following his win in the Inter Dominion Pacing Final at Alexandra Park on Friday 8 April 2011.
