21yo woman spoken to about death of baby

The baby found dumped in a plastic bag in a stream near the property of New Zealand harness racing legend Tony Herlihy may have been there for two days, according to a local man. Meanwhile the baby girl was born last Wednesday. A 21-year-old woman has been interviewed by police.
