Have never had anything to do with his progeny before yet the past 1.5 years have worked with 3. All were light bays and big horses (2 were 16+ hands, 1 was 17+ hands). They all had a slightly bulged foreheads. All had very large heads!! They...
Monkey 2nd run back, 1 run under his belt with a 800m sprint and not much else in that race, beaten by De Lovely in a sitsprint. draws better than Reactor, has an edge therefore. Reactors first run in a long time back in NZ, had 2 great workouts...
Christchurch was hit around midday today by a huge earthquake. The latest on the racing front is that the Addington is being used to house emergancy relief, and the PGG building in the centre of town was one of the worst hit, collapsed, reports from...

From Smiling Shard and Bettor's Strike. I haven't seen the race (was on the way home from feeding my own gigi's!!) but from what I heard he stepped away well.
I enjoy watching and betting on South Island trot meetings. Form seems to be easier to follow and trial and workout results are beneficial too. Somehow, when I bet on North Island races my money turns to vapour. I cannot get a handle on the form...

I spoke to Tony Herlihy this morning and he believed Lex and Heather Williams - the owners of One Over Kenny - should have been compensated for the starting blunder in yesterday's (Monday october 25) feature trot at Ashburton. Within an hour of...

G'day all, Am a bit slow in posting this however... for those who haven't seen it, watch the replay of the NRM 3yo colts & geldings Sires Stakes Final at Addington last Tuesday & closely follow the drive Dexter Dunn gives Cran Dalgety's colt...
Is this bloke as good as the wraps suggest? Heard it from two people so far. Don C? Tony?
