In my opinion he's been finding winners a bit tougher to come by since a few changes to rules. But, less restrictions in the USA so he'll be right.
The same rules that have stopped the dominance of a few stables. I wonder why? ( I have an idea why but can't say. It's what most people think also)Quote:
