Apology and retraction to Luke McCarthy

On 24 May 2012 and 17 July I published on the Harnesslink Forum quotes that were
defamatory of Luke McCarthy . In these quotes I branded Luke a cheat who had raped the
Harness Racing Industry and asserted that he was guilty of illegally administering the drug
Boldenone to his horses .
I accept that there was no basis in truth to these assertions and unreservedly withdraw
them . I sincerely apologise to Luke and his family for any hurt or embarrassment my
quotes have caused .
