very interesting has a similar feel as last time.
you would think with all the testing currently taking place you would stop using. Is it a game they think they can win, is it prestige, is it the money can anyone tell me why they would continue to use chemicals ?
They might look a previous trainer as well
First of all, I assume you are talking about 'they' in general Steve as BM has not even been charged yet, much less proven guilty of anything
Just before reading your post I was watching The Program (Lance Armstrong) on foxtel - humans being human - some will always break the rules
Certainly not casting aspersions about the current positive test. I also watched Lance Armstrong and i thought how great he was to return after cancer how easily we can be fooled. Generally I think racing has been controlled in recent months and the better horses are winning on the whole. i do a lot of research into racing and horses form, trainers, drivers etc and to the average punter all seems well but there are some stables that are questionable at times. Any how I love this industry and now the dogs are gone are we next ?
Very handy being able to transfer All Eyes On Us to J.P McC so quickly and win the Gp2 at Melton tonight
Charges will be heard on October 26

this one took a long time to complete. Actually makes good reading with some new facts in the report " inconclusive evidence that the trainer was responsible for the administration of the substances " and "the number of horses in her care" and the final one "lack of motive".
Then who was responsible for the administration ?
Lack of motive ? usually these substances are administered to win or improve the performance of the horse. in some cases used to treat injured animals. however not being up on medicine the detected substances are they for injuries ?
A link to the decision - 12mths backdated to Aug, has been posted elsewhere but the link clearly belongs here too
