Looking for a Standardbred gelding ready to retire - Midwest area

Hi all,


Currently in the market for a sound 16hh - 17hh gelding (pacer or trotter) who is ready to retire and looking for a new start at life located preferably in the Illinois area. I have over 20 years of experience with working w/ off the track horses and am looking to replace my current off the track gelding of 5 yrs who recently became unsound due to a pasture injury and is now only able to do very light riding. Can provide references if required. My all time favorite gelding is out of Armbro Mackintosh/Playbreeze and is a whopping 17.2hh. my new prospect would have lots of room to let down and enjoy life with 3 other pasture mates. Hoping I can find the right fit. Thanks for looking.
