How much is being invested on Harness Races?

Is there any way we can know the Total pools on a race BOTH fixed and parimutuel ?

Reading it you will see that last Saturday Our Golden Goddess had a bet of $10k and a bet of $9k placed on her. Obviously at Fixed Odds which surely cannot be included in the Pools figures that TAB shows at the bottom of their results page (even though it gives both Fixed and Tote odds).
I say these $19k surely cannot be included as for that race the Pool shows only $21,348

So where do we find out how much is outlayed at Fixed Odds?
