Any Buffalo Raceway/Batavia Downs regulars on here?

I have a horse that was taken to NY to be used as pony/outrider horse and was never fully paid for. I have information that the horse is/was being used at Batavia Downs and possibly at Buffalo Raceway. Am trying to definitavely locate horse in order to do a replevens on him. Please PM me or email me at mcgregorranch@yahoo.com. Yes, there was a written contract - as well as communication since then where it is admitted that money is still owed. I am located near the MN/WI boarder and so going out there until I know for sure is not an option. Any help is greatly appreciated.
