The driver of SIMIONI NZ (V Langdon) was fined the sum of $200 under Rule 156(3)(c) for using his whip outside the confines of his sulky shortly after the start. When assessing penalty Stewards were mindful that this was driver V Langdon’s second offence under this rule within a 28 days period.
Ok fair enough.
So what about these guys that are hanging their bodies outside the confines of the sulky, any fines there??????
