Our final report was presented to the full AHRC council at their AGM which was held in Melbourne. Delegates all had the opportunity to quiz us on any aspect of the report. Whilst there was discussion amongst some aspects, it appeared that the report was VERY WELL received by all.
Our role is now complete and it is up to AHRC as to what(if any) recommendations are implemented and also as to the timing of this.

IMO, reforming/revamping the way in which data is presented in the various breeding related reports and then making them freely available to all who care to subscribe has been by far & away the biggest achievement of the Panel to date. Now those figures actuallu mean something. Now they actually give a clear and concise picture.
