My father ( John DuCHARME ) who was chief steward / presiding judge at several race tracks in the USA watched the replay, and agreed with the judges @ The Meadowlands.
It was unfortunate, but the driver (miller) DID interfere with the other horse, and was DQ'ed was the correct call.
