He wasn't eligible for the 2yo race as he had won 2 races
Another one with Soho Bolinger (49) too good for the 51-54 class at Ballarat tonight

By the way, I am not suggesting any owner discontent as it was just last Wednesday that the Stewart won with Bruce's very exciting 2yo prospect Act Now
I was thinking his previous start was 3mths ago but it was 15mths ago so I would be guessing the Aiken's have been involved in a bit of rehab

Amanda Turnbull produced another NZer to win at Maryborough today
What would be the price of a horse like Sabreur TeeCee?

And Vigoroso made it 5 straight at Bendigo tonight, the last 4 at a crazy $1.04. Either she is a genius, the horse loves Victoria, it had something seriously amiss in all but 3 of 74 starts in NZ, we have superior chaff to NZ or its opposition has been absolute rubbish. More likely, a combination of all with a heavy emphasis on the opposition.

They knew he didn't have the smoothest of gaits but after his mid race break last night, I think they may be a little concerned
It maybe explains why the Purdon clan would sell him. He has serious ability as his NZ replays show so lets hope he can get it right

Watched a couple of race replays from the Methven grass meet in NZ today
The R10 trot had a field of 18
The track must be smoother than it looks at the sulky wheels looked smooth as
Methven is in the middle of the South Island.
You can see snow on the alps after they cross the finish

In R2 at Stawell today several drivers were wearing black armbands as a mark of respect for harness man Philip Nott who passed away recently
The Big End OfTown which was owned and bred by him was outsider of the field but in a strange race it was never going to lose
