    You will still find

With diversifying their business, Luke and Belinda are still at the forefront of horse operations and have linked with long-time family member Craig ‘Rowley’ Cross, who has taken over the training part of the business.

    Is he really family?
Love the term "long time" family member. What makes the McCarthy's different to all others? Perhaps they adopted Cross!

Congratulations to Emma Stewart but we all know that she trains in partnership with Clayton
and yet we read she has set a new mark because

'Emma Stewart has created history by becoming the first Australian harness racing trainer to claim 100 Group 1 wins in her own right.'

'Queensland-born Natalie Rasmussen has eclipsed 100 Group 1 wins, but most of her elite level triumphs have come in partnership with Mark Purdon in New Zealand.'

Just another way we mess with history when we do not enforce clear rules

Is Lisa Pitt another example of a wife/partner having the horses trained in her name so that hubbie does not have to drive the horse he trains if their something better on offer?

People will discuss this policy, Yole etc seperately. But I like the wording 'under effective control'

Something similar but more in depth really needs to be implemented around the officail trainers name being the one (or multiple) in effective control.
