925 days and although disqualified they have served no time except for delays between stays
They continue to win races and make one question the integrity in harness racing
assisted by trainers and owners who do not care and still support them
I will update the count until we have a conclusion

Conclusion
82 Leave to appeal should be granted and the appeal allowed. In place of the
orders of the primary judge, the appeal to the Trial Division should be allowed and
the decision of VCAT that it lacked jurisdiction should be set aside. We will hear the
parties as to costs.

Read it all and it sounds like a duty statement for a legal clerk. Spend a few months trolling for legal precedents, take a months animal leave and start again.
Noel, it means that they can appeal their disqualifications to VCAT so who knows how long the wait for that may be
