Aussie Lads is Ladbrokes. Not sure about the Hole in the Wall Gang, early word was it was a group of Canterbury NZ locals.

Depends on whether there a pre-race and post-race swabs and who does the testing.
Preaux Chevalier and Village Kid would smack most of them. Right now I'd settle for Self Assured.
