Greg from my point of view this idea of standing people down pending a hearing is fraught with danger. What happens if and when they are acquitted? Do hrnsw then pay reparations for loss of income and damage to reputation? I think the police are the right vehicle to handle this. Sanders is a bush steward trying to be a city lawyer. Ultimately he will come undone.
