My e-mail is being flooded with forum notices of posts etc, and for the amount I have been posting that is a lot!! I have gotten into the subscriptions section and removed all subscribed threads, but as soon as I post again it subscribes me and thus the vicious cycle continues.

How do I permanetly remove all subscriptions and stop being signed up in the future? Sorry if it is a really easy to do, it is just evading me at the moment!
