    I hope not, but that is what I have heard.

    Rule 1214 (2)..
    Under these rules the decision of the Appeals Tribunal shall be final, shall bind all bodies and persons and shall not be subject to any appeal.

    it has to be the high court. Although the costs would be in the 100's of thousands, litigation is so costly plus the length of time it will take. From what I have read my opinion is they still will not win as they have to first prove that there was an error in the ruling/finding for an appeal to proceed to the High Court.
