Question Return To Work forms- why don't we have them?

Further to the discussion about programming etc, why don't we have a Return To Work section in place as an extension to the current Stable Return format? It would surely have to be a HUGE aid to Handicappers/Race Programmers insofar as them knowing exactly what horses are out there heading racewards at any given time.

Excellent idea Jamie, an additonal box to tick in "harness web" identifying each horses' current work status would surely be of assistance to programming.

It is a wonderful idea indeed but you need to get real, the huge majority of Trainers in NSW do not even lodge the stable return to indicate if a horse has retired, gone to stud or even died of old age, Actually Dan check yours out and see if you have complied, I would be interested to know.

If you have then ask some of your mates to see if they do.

If the powers that be went on to penalise as they should for this non compliance then there would be a huge out cry from the dogooders of revenue raising.

Great Idea on paper, getting it to work in practice is a whole other issue, as someone once said "We live in Australia not Utopia."

[VVV] It's all a dream Breno. Click the heels of your ruby red shoes together three times and keep repeating the words 'there's no place like home' and you'll be back in Kansas before you know it.

[VVV] Make subsequent acceptances of noms for trials/races dependent on having lodged such a return.
