Backed it, tipped it on another forum. He wasnt that out of form imo, won in near identitical sectionals against Melpark Major 3 weeks ago and remembering he had 9months out he had been running some good races. He doesnt have much heart about him so I doubt Ballarat/Hunter Cup will be his go (they wont be 62/55 halves because Villagem and Sleepy Tripp will actually be having a go aka MrFeelgood from the Cranbourne to Vic Cup) but will definetely be winning a few races in the next 12months.
Sleepy Trip galloped at the start and lost 30m was never going to win from there and trainer had already stated he would improve with the run as will Villagem.
No real excuses last night race wasnt made for sit sprinters back in the field Im alittle out to sea on Villagem it almost like they need to give him a soft kill to get is confidence back he's not used to being beaten like this
