    Stallion Housing

    Hi Everyone
Some of you may already know that I am a Research Student studying stallion management.
After conducting a survey into management I am looking for further information on some points.
How are your stallions housed? In a stallion block, isolated, amongst other horses, not housed at all?
Can they interact at all with other horses, eg touch, smell, see?
Why did you choose this management method and would you do it differently given the option?

    Thanks
    Cat

Why don't you try ringing a few of the major studs. I've never met a studmaster that wasn't happy to talk about thier stallions .Most of them don't have time to read these forums. All the best with your reaserch.
    Don't die wondering !

Hi, Im using the Triangulation Method for my study, with the use of a questionnaire, online forums and Phone Interviews. A couple of the online forums have run really well, unfortunately a few others are a bit slow to get off the ground
