What are the new rules about racing beyond three year old?

Did I miss something? Is there a new rule now in the US about colts having to race beyond three year old to stand as studs? Seems that there will be a lot of last year's 3yo's appearing on the racetrack this year and, of course, probably having to compete with true FFA opposition.

Thanks Tony. That is good news. It would appear that it's only those few tracks mentioned that have changed their eligibility criteria. They are some of the biggest, though, including the Meadowlands and the WEG.
We now have the chance to see the best FFA and aged stakes races for a few decades.
