Looked to me the horse started to pullup a bit early immediately before the line, he was reminding it to keep giving and run thru the line imo...

It's a real pet hate of mine Ash, I don't like seeing a horse getting flogged after going past the post or if it's well beaten before the line.

Probably right Ash, Maybe it was knocking off just before the line, A lot can do that that.
