menangle should build 1 & 2 bedroom apartments to be rented back out to participants of harness racing so they can be closer to their horses. it would be great for the smaller trainers, stable hands & visiting attendants of horses. they wouldnt have to be too great but like motel type. thoughts?
I thought they would do that , having seen the accommodation above the barns in the u.s while I was training over there it would be a sure fire winner , making barns of different sizes (6/8/10 stable ) and fenced off with living quarters will ensure they are rented out and a steady income back to the club
Certainly plenty of room out there and with the rental market going through the roof in Sydney and surrounds, It's a great idea.
Anything to help people out and stay in the sport is a great idea
