Another long odds winner in race 7 at Menangle last night, Captain Cosmonaut paying $84.30 for the win.
A brilliant drive by Amanda Turnbull, extracting the Captain four back on the pegs on the final turn, then moving to the outside through the traffic with a flying final burst to win by a head.
