For everybody that misses Harold Park!............see who you can recognise from the past............for Trish, I think she will remember a lot of these scenes.............I even saw Doug Stiff in the background, when Brad Petersen was being interviewed!

Geelong 2 days ago, Trot winner Katelin Brooke, driven by Debbie Wicks-Moss, it is good to remind us, that as Miss Debbie Wicks before she was married............she was the 1st female to drive a winner in a Harness race in Australia in 1977! She is still going strong, what a great achievement!

I commend them for trying but I cannot get into this Ballarat Fantasy Cup
The concept would work for an MM or an Inter but neither need the gimmick so once again good try by Ballarat - it is probably just me

Bit of nostalgia Touch merchant trained by Eric Dove and named after trotting trainers.Eric had a trotter Just money tht he lost in controversial circumstances henceforth the name Touch merchant.

An added incentive to attend Easter Sunday's Warragul Cup program.

A memorabilia display will take the old timers back to the "good old days of trotting".

In 2015 the Warragul Cup celebrates sixty years since the first staging in 1955 - and it is fifty years since local champ Macaree won off 48 yards in 1965. On Sunday Macaree's colours and original, all leather harness will be on display.

Annastere was also trained by Macaree's trainer, John Collins, and hopefully her sash from the 1972 Victoria Derby will be on show along with scrapbooks - plus photos and trophies won by Macaree.

A video screen will show some great old racing from the night era at Warragul, and various photos and scrapbooks from the club's collection will be able to be viewed.

Good stuff Kyle. I remember Horsham's 100yr display last year created a lot of interest.
