$100,000 4yo Finals Introduced

The NSW Breeders Challenge has been given a further boost with the introduction this season of a major race series for 4yo entires & geldings and 4yo mares.
Both series will culminate with lucrative $100,000 finals to be held at Tabcorp Park Menangle as part of Industry Day on Sunday 30 June 2013.
HRNSW Chief Executive Sam Nati said: “This is an exciting announcement for owners and breeders.”
“The Board recognised the need to complete the Breeders Challenge package, but not only that, sought to fill the void of 4yo and mares features on the events calendar.”
“Over the past few seasons we have introduced a number of Breeders Challenge incentives,especially for 4yos, including the Owners Bonus, Nominators Bonus and Regional Finals,” Nati concluded.
The 4yo series will be conducted using preferential barrier draw on metropolitan class and run over the distance of 2300m.
