The JCA has released it's decision on Penalties against Lance Justice and Smoken up in IDOM 2011 Final positive swab enquiry.

L Justice fined $3500.00
Costs to RIU $16,425.00
Costs to JCA $16,104.00
these costs figures are set at 65% of the $25,000 sought by the prosecution for each of RIU and JCA's actual costs.
