An anti-anflamitory .. anytime ive ever come across it has been giving to the horse through a drip. Stable full of sick horses, used it to flush all the sh*t out of them basicly. Not performance enhancing. Smells like onions, dip your finger in it and you will have a weird taste in your mouth straight away. Gross stuff. Can give it to the horse 7 days prior to a race and you wont get a positive. Something must have gone wrong, real shame because I dont think a horse deserves a ID more than Smoken Up right now but cannot see a outcome other than him losing the race.

Hi Dazza, DMSO can also and is used as a delivery agent for something else, not saying it was, as it is absorbed quickly topically or via ingestion. It is a little like Shane Warne being caught out by a test to a masking agent to steroids, but not the steroids as occurred a few years ago; the masking agent being illegal as well for the obvious reason (masking the steroids). Time will tell but it looks very bad for Lance at this stage and as it was an ID final and there is now a positive
test, so it should. More to come.
