    Junior driver concessions

    What constitutes a "junior" driver.

I'm not a pro on junior driver info and the system changed since when I first started in the industry. It use to be one could get X amount of winners per season for 3 (or was it 5?) seasons... that was when the Fitzpatrick boys were driving very good, they all outdrove their claim mid season and at the start of the next season when they went back to 0 wins, no other juniors got a look in. I *think* now it is one is allowed to get X amount of winners and once they reach that mark they are no longer a junior, I'm not sure if there are any time restrictions.

Concessions apply unless the races are a C0 or M0. So an M2 horse could drop into an M1, a C4 into a C2-3 race etc.

This is a very basic explanation and I'm sure others could give a better one or correct me where I have gone wrong.
