being on bunbury trotting club committee,i was more asking on how to have a penalty free race programmed,i notice that i think it was during inters that junior drivers were in certain races where it was penalty free .just wondering what races are allowed to be programmed for this

You have to get in touch with the WA trotting bosses and see what can be done to hold a race or races under this format over there.
