Is Major Crocker a fast starter (I think he is - isn't he?) In which case Hector's draw may not be that bad

Major Croker good out but drivers regularly say its hard to cross the pole horse from gate two and I don't see incentive for Mach Doro to hand up and risk being 3-4 back pegs (and push Bling further back). Tact Tate lightning out and Cruz Bromac has been going forward as well so I can't see Hector landing in front of Lazarus. Race over on NZ Cup win and a 1.51 last mile last week.
