From a well known family of harness racing horseman 19 year old Shane Butcher has left our shores bound for Perth in Western Australia. Butcher tidied up his New Zealand duties last Friday night (July 22) by reining home Claudia Cardinal for his uncle David Butcher and gradfather John.
