Login Problems Affecting Some Users

A few of you have emailed me saying you've had problems logging in. The error message says that you have used up your login quota of 5 attempts, even when you've only tried to login once.

Unfortunately in order to fix this problem, I need to be able to log in to the admin, and as it turns out I have constantly used up my login quota... :o

So I've got someone far more tech than I on the case and we hope to have it resolved soon. Sorry for the trouble, I will update this thread as soon as I know more.

Bit late on the update, but we fixed this a couple of weeks ago. Problem was the server didn't detect that each person's IP was different, so if 5 people happened to log in incorrectly once each in a15 minute period, it would lock everybody out for 15 minutes as it looked like everybody was one user.

Anyway it's now fixed.
