Public stand at Addington to be demolished

he New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club today (Wednesday August 3) announced that the Public Stand at harness vracing headquarters - Addington Raceway- is to be demolished providing a cleared site in time for Cup and Show Week. The Stand, which is located furthest away from the winning post at Addington suffered major structural damage in the February and subsequent earthquakes and has been red stickered and off limits ever since.
