it's amazing the quality of photo and zoom they had back in the day. photographers have all these super duper lenses and things these days but these photos seem to really capture the strength and beauty of the sport

We are at the Brookvale Show on the Brookvale Oval (not 4 Pines Park)
Under another pic she sent me, it said it was 1935 and that the oval was 474 feet (145m) x 324 feet (99m)
I am thinking that would barely be 400m around!
