Am I the only one who did not know this was happening tonight until this appeared this afternoon?
I am only a fan from afar (the Gap is somewhat out of the loop) and I don't see everything out there but I do regularly scan all the stories in HRA's News Room and it seems to me that promotion has been lacking if I did not spot it until after it has started!

I knew ( and so did Kyle) as we were both there. :)
It was a good night. ..with a highlight being historian and writer extraordinaire JOHN PECK being elected to the Hall of Fame, along with trainer/driver Clarrie Allan, Russell T White, Dan O'Grady, Richmond Lass and Ron 'Tubby" Peace.
All country Victorians ( except John) with their roots in Charlton, Ballarat,Terang, Bung Bong and Cohuna.
Vin Knight ( late of Kilmore) was elevated to Legend status.

I think you have just missed the advertising - it was on the News Room some time ago

It is a regular occurrence and was moved from November to Breeders Crown week to try and attract more attendees.

A great night had by all

In addition, I'm sure it was advertised regularly on the Harness Review radio show by Len Baker and his co-hosts

Sorry Carol, but being a deaf coot radio is not my media of choice, one item in Harness News 2 months prior is not a lot of promotion. Sounded like a great night

A good read
