Andrew has been appointed HRV's marketing manager

Like many others he has stated

" harness racing is a major contributor to the Victorian economy and our regional communities "

I want to believe the 'major' part but think it will be up to Andrew and David Martin to make it so

I reckon 10% of NZers would know of Lazarus

Australia's equivalent would be Lenny

I would put good money on NOT 1% of Aussies knowing who Lenny is, in fact I don't think 1% of Vics would know
