Ashburton Trotting Club to help rural morale

With recent events relating to Mycoplasma Bovis and stress on farmers locally some motivated individuals in conjunction with Rural Support Trust and Federated Farmers have put together a Farming Family Day at the Races on July 15 at the Ashburton Trotting Club meeting. With the idea of a ‘Get off the farm day’ mid-winter to lift the spirits of rural families in what has become a challenging climate in recent times. The Ashburton Trotting Club are excited to be able to host this event in support of rural families....
