A couple of the previous high profile stables seem to be giving most of their horses a "spell" at the moment. Just reporting the facts , not making any comment though :p

Vallander was warned off.......Does that mean his horses can continue running?????

He is the forgotten scum in all of this.

Hey Diesel, far be it from me to defend anyone you that might suspect of wrongdoing and I realise passions run high (said the pot calling the kettle black)...but mate, you need to keep in mind that is this stage, all that has happened is that the bloke has been asked to provide phone records and he has declined. HRNSW have warned him off and there it stands. What you might suspect or feel that you know is one thing, what you can legally prove, another. I'm not trying to tell you how to suck eggs here but maybe you should to wait until, if/when, those involved in all this are charged...and so that which they're charged with and their names duly become public record. After that mate, you can open up like the Spanish Armada should you so desire.

If the man has nothing to hide then handing over phone records is quite easy.
But if you have something to hide then you push the boundaries.

FYI Vallender has handed his records to HRNSW.
You are targeting a guy who has put considerable money into this industry over the past 3 years most of which has gone up in smoke.
His only objective is to find a truly special horse and I can tell you that the guy is not interested in betting.
The records were produced when they were made available from Telstra.
He is innocent, I have personally known him for 2 years and been sourcing and racing horses with him in this period and from my experience the horses have always come first.
He has nothing to hide and therefore he has nothing to worry about and is actually encouraging this investigation.

Becareful, people are innocent until proven guilty. And hiring a solicitor should never automatically mean someone is guilty. There is nothing wrong with being treated fairly, even more so when you're innocent. I think a number of people need to chill out, these forums have become particularly venomous the past few days. It does not help the situation and it is tiring watching the same thing/argument said just go over and over in circles. There is harness racing outside of NSW and there are still great things about the industry to boot. Let's not become obsessed with this negativity.

Another one...... meaning a moron like you trying to defend a scumbag.
If you have an issue with people bagging your "friend" then you should probably take that up with the Telegragh who ran a half page spread outlining his relationship with the steward and the trainer..........Ironic isnt it..???

Hey Ribbon,
I'm well aware of the transaction between you and mark.
Seems a case of the pot calling the kettle black here. As you found it quite easy after buying the said horse to advertise it on trader ring for twice what you purchased it for.Seems at that point you must've thought the horse was alot better then you purchased.
You were told to ring the original owner/trainer of the horse as the at the time trainer couldn't get him going.I couldn't either as i trained him for mark in new zealand for a short time. All this was told to you before money changed hands. You must've been satisfied to pay for the horse........

The way i see it is that their are two points here.
1) Did an agent sell you the horse? i think so!
2) Maybe you should clean some more buildings in order to pay for a lawyer, because i think you are going to need one shortly....

Its very easy for people like you and Diesel to be big men and post on here under stupid nom de plumes. It always catches up with you in the end. man up and post your real names before like in this case you get embarrissed.
