Why hasn't Dynamite Dick and Cashisking been disqualified after the admittence of been stomach tubed?

Dynamite Dick (7yo) only had 2 more starts the month after that Horsham 'win' and is now listed as Deceased - I wonder what happened there?

I am not sure whether I am reading this Dyer case correctly

The tubing incidents - are they alleging he was involved or simply corrupt for not reporting what he knew?

One of the parts I hate most about the cheats is how they corrupt the breeding book

How can we have faith that Eastman's Menin Gate was racing clean. What do we then make of his dam Dreams of Heaven as a broodmare. She was a VG race mare mind you so you would like to think she could throw a good one but now we cannot be sure
You would like to think Menin Gate was a superior individual - he had the look of one and he won his one and only 2yo start (I like to think the chemists are less at play with the babies) before going onto 3yo stardom

Then there are Eastman's other goodies like Morton Plains a Group winning filly now a broodmare - do we have to discount her racing record?
Milly Perez another Group winner whom I expect is now in the breeding barn
