This thread has trouble me somewhat, in that I hardly follow NSW harness, so I was glad to receive an email from a respected figure in the NSW industry on this thread
The email pointed out that JP only regained his license after being refused and had to take his case to the NSW Racing Appeals Tribunal

The OP talks about those giving him drives but the above appeal would unlikely have been successful without the referees from within the industry see pg 15-16 of the above link
